The renaming of a printer fails

Description of the problem

In case you get the error message when renaming a printer in the steadyPRINT Center, that the renaming process of a printer has failed, make sure that you as the user have sufficient administrative privileges to access the printing system of your print server.

 

Furthermore, it is relevant to check whether the printer is installed on the print server and the printer queue is started.
