When installing the steadyPRINT Agent or steadyPRINT Server under Windows 8, the respective service cannot be started – error 1920

Description of the problem

If the .NET Framework 3.5 is not installed under Windows 8, the steadyPRINT Server or steadyPRINT Server service is unable to start and the error message 1920 “Insufficient Access Unable to Start Service” appears.

Solution

Activate .NET Framework and follow the instructions of the following link.
