steadyPRINT Agent cannot create a connection to the database
Description of the problem
steadyPRINT cannot be installed or the steadyPRINT Agent remains in offline mode and cannot communicate with the steadyPRINT database on the SQL Server.
Solution
To enable steadyPRINT to communicate with a SQL database, the following ports need to be activated.
– Incoming port 1433 TCP protocol
– Incoming port 1434 UDP protocol
