steadyPRINT Agent is started and a licence message appears immediately
Description of the problem
When starting the steadyPRINT Agent, a licence error message is shown, although sufficient licences are available.
Solution
The steadyPRINT licence evaluation requires at least .NET Framework 3.5. If this program is missing, a verification is not possible and a message that the available licence volume is exhausted appears to the user. In the event display, the missing .NET Framework is communicated as follows: “[…] Licence error occurred: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly ‘System.Core, Version=3.5.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the indicated file. […]”
