Agent no longer works after update to Windows Server 2003

Description of the problem

We have noticed that the steadyPRINT Agent no longer starts on our Windows 2003 terminal servers after the update to version 5.2.0. Is there a compatibility problem and how can we solve it?

Solution

In version 5.2.0, the steadyPRINT Agent no longer starts under Windows Server 2003 as well as possibly Windows XP due to a missing Windows API component. In version 5.2.1 of the steadyPRINT Agent, this error is trapped.
Note: The support for Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP will soon expire.
