Description of the problem

Printers are not connected and following error appears in the eventlog: “[…] Message: Could not map printers from the xml-repository. System.Runtime.Serialization.SerializationException: Attempting to deserialize an empty stream […]”

Solution

Should the error message below appear in the eventlog you have to delete the folder “C:Users[User]AppDataRoaming” and restart the steadyPRINT Agent. Subsequently, the printers should be connected again.
