Making a printer connection is slow.

Solution

Making a printer connection is dependent upon the network, the print server configuration and printer driver implementation. To speed up printer driver installation in connection with a WAN line, you can deactivate the administrative printer driver installation. In doing so, you avoid the associated updates and the accompanying downloading of the driver in question.
