What’s it about?
steadyPRINT reports the job and device status of the Windows print queue to the SAP application servers via connection type E. If any problems or errors occur, this information is also communicated immediately. This allows you to respond in a timely manner to prevent downtime or damage and safeguard your operations—for example, in emergency rooms, on production lines, or during critical administrative processes.

Printing in hospitals is often related to considerable problems and high expenditure of time. Staff members who often change their location in the course of the day have to log off the system and log in again in order to be able to use the printer on the respective ward. For example PDF creation, storage, e-mail delivery and printout with certain printer settings and many more – all with just one click. What’s it about?
One creates, everyone profits: Since version 8.0 every user can directly create Private Workflows via the steadyPRINT Agent which are accessible only to him. Now also the colleagues profit! With the new version these workflows can be shared with other users or departments – access is reading/executing. The workflow is either selected via the vDirect printer or the vPrinter.

What’s it about?
Using various NFC-enabled devices, such as smartphones or tablets, placed on or near the printer, you can now retrieve your print jobs using all standard chips and cards. Multiple printers can also be displayed or controlled via a single device. Predefined templates also make it easier to select printer settings.
Since steadyPRINT SecurePrint v2 is manufacturer-independent, any type of printer can be used and easily replaced with minimal effort.

What’s it about?
On the one hand, steadyPRINT provides you with all default information of a printer, on the other hand, however, you can access manufacturer-specific data, e.g. toner or paper status, fixing stations, printed color or black-and-white pages, copies, maintenance or leasing data and many more. This data is clearly displayed in the dashboard.

What’s it about?
The steadyPRINT Agent offers its users an overview of all printer connections. Thanks to the intuitive operation, printer connections can be added or removed and default printers can be set even without any knowledge of Windows. If IP areas are defined, the users are only shown printers of the IP range in which they are located.

What’s it about?
After the introduction of Load Balancing in steadyPRINT 8.0, the new release now allows to control print servers of a specific location, resulting in a smooth distribution of the print load and a relief of the WAN routes. However, in order to ensure maximum availability of your printing environment, backup groups can be defined so that print jobs are redirected to another location and processed there in case all print servers at one location fail.

Collect documents in a print batch: Each user can individually use one or several batches. Create e.g. a batch for invoices or collect all documents that you need for a project or an appointment in a batch first and print the documents at a later time.

What’s it about?
Jointly collect and process documents: With the new version each user can convert his/her individually created batch into a group batch and share it with an unlimited number of users via the steadyPRINT Agent. This way, documents such as invoices can be jointly collected, edited and printed. Moreover, group batches can also be integrated into a workflow so that certain processes run automatically – share and print an invoice, send it by mail, etc.

Flexibly print and protect confidential documents: Select the printer of your choice and use the app app on your smartphone (iOS or Android) to start your print jobs. Stay flexible and avoid confidential documents being read at the printer.

What’s it about?
You are on the move and have no physical printer within your reach? Use steadyPRINT to store your printouts in a batch. As soon as you get back to the office, you will be reminded of open print jobs which can then be printed.

What’s it about?
Always Connected to the Right Printer:
Define IP ranges for different departments or locations. An IP filter can be created at the print server, folder, or printer level. All printer connections and default printers are automatically and immediately adjusted to the respective IP range when the location changes.
