We have extended our license volume by additional Windows CAL licenses so that steadyPRINT can be provided to all users in our company. We have realized, however, that after the import of the new licenses some clients are still unable to apply the license and thus to get the printers connected. Could you provide further assistance?

Error during printing – module could not be found

Known Issue Version 7.5.1

Description of the problem

After the installation and setup of steadyPRINT, I would like to print a document via steadyPRINT VPD. Having selected the VPD printer in the vPrinter window, the printout does not come out of the specified printer. The print job is rejected. Printing via a network printer is performed without any problem.

What do I have to do in order to ensure that the VPD printer processes the print job correctly?

Description of the problem

I am using my vDirect printer/vPrinter to print. The job is processed but no printout is generated at the printer. The VPD print job overview in the Center displays the error message “The file is existing.” The error suddenly occurs.

Stapling as a print option is not performed

Description of the problem

I would like to print a multi-page Microsoft Word document with the print option “stapling”. My printer is equipped with a stapling unit. If this option is specified in Word, the paper leaves the printer without being stapled.
