Sales
Our sales team will be available during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.) (contact details).

Helpdesk & Support
Our support team will be available during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.) (support contact).

Exception: On Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve) as well as Dec. 31 (New Year’s Eve) the support hotline is only available from 08:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m.

All customers with individual service contracts can contact us at the agreed times under the known telephone numbers.
