Description of the problem
From version 11.5.0 onwards, steadyPRINT requires regular contact with the license server in order to check the license and update it if necessary. If the license server cannot be reached via the steadyPRINT API for 30 days and the license is therefore not updated, the currently imported license will be rejected. The steadyPRINT components will then cease to function.
Solution
To ensure proper license verification, please verify communication to the following URL: https://steadylic.k-is.com. You can check the license server availability and license updates in the license area of the steadyPRINT WebCenter.
