All my settings are correct, why do I get an error message?
- Make sure that you are in the correct WLAN.
- Make sure that the domain has the correct ending.
I cannot scan a QR code on my Android mobile phone, the scanner is blurred.
- On some devices the scanner might not be configured properly during the first scan process due to authorizations.
Close the window for "Scan QR code" and reopen it.
- On some devices, the sharpness of the zoom can be adjusted by swiping your finger.
I have forgotten my PIN
- The PIN can be disabled. Your password has to be entered again. Then you can reactivate the PIN and assign a new one.
