All my settings are correct, why do I get an error message?

 

- Make sure that you are in the correct WLAN.

 

My print job list is always empty, what is the reason for this?

 

- Make sure that you sent your print jobs to the SecurePrint Printer.

- Check if the user name, server address, password and the domain are correct.

 

I cannot scan a QR code on my Android mobile phone, the scanner is blurred.

 

- On some devices the scanner might not be configured properly during the first scan process due to authorizations.

 Close the window for "Scan QR code" and reopen it.

 

I cannot update my print job list on my IOS mobile phone.

 

- In rare cases, something went wrong during the query of print jobs from the server. Go to your settings, confirm them and check this function again.

 

I have forgotten my PIN

 

- The PIN can be disabled. Your password has to be entered again. Then you can reactivate the PIN and assign a new one.

 

Having printed a print job it is no longer in my list.

 

- Make sure that you also have printed jobs displayed in your settings.
