The Dashboard integrated to the steadyPRINT Center shows the state of a printing environment at a glance. On the one hand, it is possible to have the information collected by the steadyPRINT Server service (see chapter Default SNMP Queries). On the other hand, the live query of the printer information can also be carried out via a checkmark in the Dashboard surface.

Display of the Web-Dashboard

In order to call up the Web-Dashboard, the Dashboard flag needs to be clicked. This is available if a print server or the superior folder of a print server is selected in the tree.

The Web-Dashboard is structured in a tree view and can be navigated via print servers, folders and printers. On the respective level, the Web-Dashboard shows information, errors, warnings and events with regard to your print environment. Moreover, it is possible to perform a specific filtering by status. This way, for example, all printers with an error or a low toner level can be displayed.
