Support information from Agent

Description of the problem

How do we find out which Agent and/or performance profile the Agent has received when starting the programme? Furthermore, we would like to know which groups had been read out by steadyPRINT so that we can understand the printer assignments on the Client.


The steadyPRINT Agent is able to have different support information displayed. The support window can be accessed via

    • steadyPRINT Agent Tray-Icon > Support… or
    • steadyPRINT Agent Main Window > Local Computer > Support
