No inventory of local printers

Description of the problem

We have enabled the inventory of local printers. In my test environment, however, I cannot see the local printers in the steadyPRINT Center. Can you provide further assistance?



Solution

Please make sure that the steadyPRINT Agent has been started in a local workstation session. In test positions, it is often tried to inventory the printers out of a RDP session which the steadyPRINT Agent identifies as a terminal server session and thus does not inventory the local printers.
