Known Issue Version 5.2.0
Description of the problem
We have noticed that the steadyPRINT Agent does no longer react after a longer operating time and partly even terminates itself especially on terminal servers on which user sessions have been running for more than 2 days. Can you provide assistance?
In Version 5.2.0 the steadyPRINT Agent has an internal problem, that is why the interface is no longer accessible after more than one day. After the Agent has been restarted, it will be running normally again. The update to version 5.2.1 fixes this problem.
